Hello and welcome! My name is Amanda and I am the founder of Sanctuary Health and Wellness. I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a Masters in Psychology and 10+ years experience in corporate America. I am also a wife and Mom to my beautiful little girl.

At Sanctuary, I help you reconnect and discover your own inner sanctuary so you can heal your chronic anxiety and health issues that are holding you back from living your most authentic life.

A little about me: For the past 5 years I have been navigating chronic Lyme disease and mold toxicity, among other mystery symptoms. During this time, the prior anxiety I used to experience reached an all time high after the birth of my daughter, leading to debilitating panic and anxiety leaving me in a state of constant fight or flight. It was hard to make it through each day between not sleeping, not being able to think properly and then navigating the host of health symptoms that came along with that. I had a fire within me to figure out a way through this that could blend both traditional medicine and the alternative holistic practices that I had grown to love.

Throughout this time I had explored a wide variety of nutritional protocols, holistic healing treatments and modalities for the mind, body and soul. I became passionate about health and the mind-body which led me to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. As of today, I have healed about 80% of my chronic symptoms and no longer feel bogged down by severe anxiety thanks to the tools and practices that I have experienced, learned and integrated into my daily life.

My clients come to me because I have a unique approach in combining body based practices, such as nervous system healing, along with brain rewiring, mindset shifts and addressing the emotional component of why we have anxiety and what is keeping us from feeling our best.
